Care for Cakes

After receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it. The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.

Every cake or pastry we offer is handcrafted and the chef has their own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of appearance.

Online Payment

For online orders placed on www.gakersfood.com, the payment information, card information and bank details are entered on 3rd party website/bank website. www.gakersfood.com does not take any card information at any point in time from the customer. However, www.gakersfood.com ensures that all 3rd party links for payment have the required SSL certificate and maintain complete security of the customer data.

Customers can make payments through credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, and/or Paytm.

Up to Rs. 500 online orders can consider for the Cash on Delivery payment option.

Request for any change in the cake not to be accepted once the order has been placed.

You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, and other governmental charges.

Delivery Policy

www.gakersfood.com takes full responsibility to send the order in insulated bags which maintain the temperature of the items.

Gakers food uses only self-owned bikes and cars for delivery and no 3rd party delivery service is used.

However, once the order is handed over, the temperature maintenance responsibility lies with the receiver.

The order delivery will be done from our production center.

Delivery may not be exactly at the same time.

You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Other unforeseen circumstances, etc.

In case the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late.

We shall not deliver the product other than at the address mentioned in the invoice.

Midnight Delivery Policy

For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by Real Bakes before 4:00 pm.

ITS CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO CHECK THE PRODUCT THAN RECEIVE IT FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON.

Delivery may not be exactly at the same time. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE.

You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Duplicate Order

If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it on +91-9155380980 We will give a full refund for the duplicate order unless production is not started for the same.

If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.

Cancellation & Refund

In case the preparation of your order has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event.

If the cake will be in loss condition at the time of delivery, after verifying by us money will be refunded.

Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take time to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.

Having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any prior notice due to uncertain conditions/occasions/disasters.

Damage Or Defective Products

If any product received by you is damaged or defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at+91-9155380980 (10:00 hours to 18:00 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at┬á[email protected], within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you after investigating the same.
